John, Joy, and Luke Cyr formed the group and began writing music during the summer of 2010. In October of that year, they recorded and released their first album “Symptoms of a Steady Mind” featuring six original songs. After receiving positive reviews from peers, the trio began searching for a fourth member. Taylor Moberly joined the group in December 2011 and recorded drums for Quiet People’s single “Death of a Salesman”. Taylor played drums up until May 2012, a few months after the Cyr’s relocated to Tallahassee for college. Now in Tallahassee, the group completed their second album “Childproof” in December 2012.
