BAET
Bees And Enormous Tigers is an artistic and musical project that was created by Peter Koenig and Alex Koenig in 2009, and currently includes member Matt Zimmerman. Their music can be described as alternative progressive, with influences ranging from folk, experimental, pop, metal, jazz, post-hardcore, electronic, funk, krautrock, and noise.
The name Bees And Enormous Tigers is used to describe the dramatic contrast between parts within their songs. Their arrangements fluctuate in mood drastically to stay engaging; sometimes flowing with melodic melancholy sparked with aggressive retorts, or brooding undertones with peaks of innocent wonder.
BAET is currently recording and mixing their first album in Crawfordville, Florida.
